Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Capital Investment Project (KPHCIP) is a five year project funded by World Bank in collabration with Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa(GoKP).The project intends to improve the availability, utilization and quality of primary and elementary education services in the districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) namely Peshawar, Haripur, Nowshera, and Swabi.
I have a clear purpose to drive and strengthen an open information exchange with our most important stakeholders i.e. the educators, teachers, students, and their parents across the province. In short, putting them first and foremost in our development agenda.
At HCIP, our objective is to improve availability, utilization, and quality of basic education services in the four target districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Haripur, Nowshera, Peshawar, and Swabi. Our key constituents from the communication perspective includes all the children, especially refugees and girls, in the four project districts.
We will continue to support the basic education sector across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to foster harmonized and proactive communication with our diverse target audience. As our guiding document on how to strengthen internal and external communications through collective approaches and joint partnerships, we are all set to pursue our shared goal of fostering communication by connecting the dots.

The project objective is to improve the availability, utilization and quality of education services in selected districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) namely Peshawar, Haripur, Nowshera, and Swabi. These districts cover close to half of the KP population and include a large number of people from vulnerable groups such as registered Afghan refugees. In fact, the 4 districts host more than two-thirds of the Afghan refugee population in KP(68 percent).
